Do you feel lost in the big city and out of breath?
Practicing outside in nature, especially surrounded by trees or in a forest, can help you become more still, calmer, more present, and more aware. It heightens your senses and self-awareness. It helps you feel more connected to your body, your senses, and your breath. Practicing yoga in the open air will ensure inhaling of better-quality oxygen, which, in turn, breaks down pollutants and toxins that may have been accumulated in your alveoli. With better oxygen, one tends to inhale and exhale more air, improving the performance of your heart.

Traditional Thai massage is a unique and powerful healing act that combines acupressure, stretching and assisted yoga. My introduction to Thai massage was a few years ago at one Yoga festival when me and my friend entered Thai massage workshop.
It was a great experience. I was on Yoga Teacher Training at that time but decided as soon as I finish it I will start to learn this ancient bodywork to help my family, friends and future clients.
Another question asked often why Thai massage involves such a physically dynamic workout if it is a form of energy rebalancing? One way of looking at this is to understand that we manifest energy physically in the form of bones, muscles, skin and so on.
So, the physical body can be seen as a point of access through which we are able to contact the more subtle aspect of the self.
According to the Eastern philosophy underlying Thai massage, the body is made up to an interconnecting web of energy lines through which prana , or life energy, flows. This is the force that supports and maintains all the vital functions of the body. It permeates all life and sustains all living things. It is in the air that we breathe and the food that we eat. When this energy flows freely we enjoy good mental, physical and spiritual health.
Traditionally a full body northern-style massage lasts around two hours , flowing seamlessly from one part of the body to the next, moving energy from feet towards the crown of the head. I offer shorter treatments from 60 to 90 minutes for your busy schedule.
Yoga60 plus does not mean to chase after one's youth. Instead, it offers the tools to outgrow the concept of "bigger, faster and higher", which may once seemed so important. It helps you to realize that you are not missing out on anything by growing old and to recognize the older the years as the crowning of life, where you are in fact growing ! Yoga provides a vast pool of target-oriented exercises, meditation and breathing techniques that are fantastic tools to help you accept the aging process and support you through it.
Unless otherwise recommended, you breathe trough your nose in yoga. There are several good reasons for this: The flow of your breath is more steady and the air which you inhale is approximately body temperature before it reaches the lungs. Also it calms the mind and body.
Normally you don't wear shoes when doing yoga. When the soles of your feet are in direct contact with he ground it enhances the positive effects of yoga.
Doing yoga regularly manifests itself in areas of everyday life that you wouldn't even have imagined. It is possible to prefer to go for a walk rather stay home watch TV.
The deepest changes that yoga brings about is in everyday life- appreciating yourself, leniency towards others and inner peace.
